Hi, I'm Pao... I’ve always loved creativity, design, and helping others bring their ideas to life. Before Dot Creative, I managed content, visuals, and branding projects that taught me what works, what doesn’t, and what businesses are truly missing: clarity, strategy, and support.

The more I worked with small businesses, the more I realized how overwhelmed they were by social media and how much they needed someone who could take the stress off their plate.

So, I decided to build a space where marketing feels lighter, clearer, and way more fun. Today, I get to help entrepreneurs show up confidently, tell their story, and grow and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Honey takes her role very seriously… or at least she likes everyone to think so. She’s the furry face you’ll often find perched behind Pao’s desk, keeping a close eye on every project, reel, and strategy session.

Whether she’s supervising from a sunspot, interrupting Zoom calls for “urgent matters,” or nudging Pao to take well-timed breaks, she’s always part of the creative process.

Around here, Honey’s job is simple: make the workday a little lighter, add some joy to every project, and remind us that creativity flows better with a purring coworker nearby. She may not type captions (yet), but she absolutely approves every single one.
